At Radisson Slavyanskaya was held XIII International Forum «Call Center World»

At the Business Centre Radisson Slavyanskaya was held XIII International Forum «Call Center World Forum». During the event, Svetlana Smirnova, Chief Operating Officer Teleperformance Russia & Ukraine, acted with presentation about the selection of the provider of outsourcing services contact center. On the 17-th of March for the representatives of mass media was set up a press-conference: «Contact center industry and customer service technologies». The Communications Agency Poleznye Svyazy was engaged to invite journalists to the press-conference at the Forum. At the end of the press-conference an informal meeting of Svetlana Smirnova with 10 journalists and photo correspondent of the Moscow mass and industry media was set up.
