Director of the Communications Agency Poleznye svyazy took part in the RESTO EXPO 2022 conference, which was held online from September 6 to 13. The role of online reputation in identifying consumer expectations of restaurant guests was the subject of a joint presentation by Agency and Elena Gordiy, Marketing Director of Yakitoria. The speakers discussed with the participants the key channels of communication with the consumer, the impact of negative Internet users on the revenue of restaurants, the main ways of positioning HoReCa market players in social media and shared cases of successfully implemented joint projects between Yakitoria and the Agency. Resto Expo is a conference for restaurateurs and product suppliers. Virtual stands and rich business program, which was attended by representatives of the leading players in the Russian restaurant segment, were organized for more than 1000 participants of the event as part of the event in 2022.
