On June 24, 2021, the Yakitoriya restaurant on Novoslobodskaya Street hosted a press lunch dedicated to the results of the first quarter of the restaurant business, as well as the introduction of new requirements from the capital's authorities in relation to public catering establishments. Top managers of Yakitoriya and Tinkoff Kassa discussed the prospects of foodtech and the development of the restaurant industry in the new conditions. During the event, Alexander Muratov, Development Director of the Yakitoriya brand owner company, and Anna Nebayeva, Marketing Director of Tinkoff Kassa, discussed with business and industry media the transformation of the restaurant business, current restrictions related to COVID19, and the growing demand for ready meals delivery. The press lunch was attended by journalists of business, industry and mass media. During the event, all necessary measures of protection against coronavirus infection were observed – temperature control was carried out among the participants of the event, seating was carried out in accordance with the norms of distancing.
