The opening of M2 Organic Farm, a project of Russia’s largest auto dealer Major Auto, took place in the village of Shulgino, the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow region, on July 29. The Communications Agency Poleznye Svyazy provided information support for the event. Visitors of M2 Farm, including Andrei Razin, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow region, Moscow region Governor Andrei Vorobyov, as well as media representatives, could take part in a tour of the agricultural complex. They visited meat and dairy workshops, the bakery and the brewery. The agricultural complex is located on 4,500 hectares of land. The farm ensures daily supplies to five sales outlets in Moscow and the Moscow region: 670 kg of chilled meat, 800 kg of dairy products, 70 kg of cheeses, and 300 liters of drinks. A total of six billion rubles were invested in the project, 230 new jobs were created. After the tour, guests were invited to taste organic farm products, which can be purchased today at several sales outlets, in particular at M2 Organic Club company stores.
