Labour Law 2019: Topical Issues & Case Law from CMS Russia

On April, 11th, the international law firm CMS Russia hosted a business lunch themed “Labour Law 2019: Topical Issues & Case Law”. Head of Employments and Sports Law Valeriy Fedoreev and Senior Lawyer Irina Skvortsova told about recent labour law updates. During the event CMS consultants and lawyers representing largest Russian companies from diverse business industries discussed aspects of employee termination on various causes, wage indexation, the discussion was followed by a Q&A session.
