Since June 2015 the Communications Agency Poleznye Svyazy carries out a strategy of multi channel SMM communications program for Zetta Insurance, focused on customers relations. The target is to set up a rapid response to customers negative reactions, to expand presence of the company in SMM, to strengthen the positive image of Zetta Insurance. Now Zetta Insurance has about 650 000 retail clients, more than 100 sales offices, 300 agents in 150 cities of Russia, parthership agreements with 350 cardealers and 30 banks
