- Development of a "Red kit", i.e. a set of corporate documents and instructions on crisis management using the resources of the client company's internal divisions and external consultants

- Organization and facilitation of rapid interaction with the media and Telegram, working continuously with social networks while a crisis situation is unfolding
- Development and implementation of programs aimed at eliminating negative reputational damage impact of a crisis to the client - on the company and its directors
